Public Users
We do not collect personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, or identification numbers) from public users. The app may process limited technical data necessary for functionality and reliability:

androidId): used to verify device authorization and ensure app functionality. This identifier is not used for advertising or profiling. - Push Notification Token: used solely to deliver alerts you opt into.
- Anonymous Usage Data: aggregated, non-personal data to improve app performance.
- Crash & Diagnostic Logs: collected through Google Play Console’s Android vitals feature to help detect and resolve app crashes or errors. No personal information is included.
Admin Users (Internal)
Administrative features are restricted to authorized CENTLEC personnel and are protected by secure login and device-based authorization. Admin tools operate separately from public features and do not expose public user information.
3. Push Notifications
With your permission, the app may send notifications about power interruptions, area faults, and official notices. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device settings or in-app preferences.
4. No Account Required
Public users can access general features without creating an account or providing login credentials.
6. Crash & Diagnostics
The app does not use any third-party analytics or crash-tracking tools. Basic crash and error reports may be collected automatically through Google Play Console’s Android vitals service. This information is aggregated, anonymous, and used solely to identify and fix technical issues that affect app stability. It does not include any personal data or user identifiers.
7. Your Choices
- You may disable push notifications at any time via your device settings.
- Uninstalling the app will remove any locally stored data (such as the app-generated device identifier).
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve operational issues. Diagnostic logs may be stored temporarily by Google Play Console to assist with troubleshooting and app improvements.
